The Mission of the Upper Echelon Inc. is to focus on providing the necessities of a family in need of a safe haven and a domestic violence resources center. The Upper Echelon Inc. is designed to meet the needs of the domestic violence community. We understand and empathize with the hardships that come along with displacement and being in transition with children. By offering specific transitional resources which are set in place to help a mother and her children get reestablished in a domestic violence free atmosphere. These resources are essential to a family in order to be independent from their abuser and build a new foundation, our first goal is to establish that you can move forward and successful escape domestic violence no matter who the abuser may be or what social or economic barriers may be present.
